Grace Bauer is originally from Long Island, New York. Grace started her insurance career in 1981 as an Executive Secretary for a large independent insurance agency in Southwest Florida. Over the next nine years, she held various positions of increasing responsibility including Vice President of Operations. Grace left the agency in 1990 to start her own business, The Grace Bauer Group, Inc. She specializes in working with insurance agencies throughout the United States in securing consistency, saving time on training, increasing efficiency, and protecting against errors and omissions through the review and documentation of procedures. Currently, her company represents 35 state associations, is endorsed by the AMS Users’ Group, and works with Insurance Marketing and Management Services (IMMS), Applied Users, agency networks, consulting groups, and insurance companies.

The Grace Bauer Group, Inc. has 9 years of actual agency experience and 16 years of experience consulting with insurance agencies throughout the United States on in-house procedures.
